Waiver and Release of Liability

I agree that I will not hold Aura Art Studio, any employees of Aura Art Studio, or Aura Shahaf Woelfle liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss. I agree to release and hold harmless Aura Art Studio and Aura Shahaf Woelfle from all liability incurred as a result of my participation in a studio class at Aura Art Studio, and in all situations or occurrences at Aura Art Studio, and that these terms serve as a release for myself, volunteers, property owners and members of my family. I authorize Aura Art Studio and Aura Shahaf Woelfle to arrange for emergency medical care in the case of emergency. The undersigned agrees that s(he) is responsible for all costs and expenses of such medical treatment.
I agree that photos of my artwork, and photos of students on the premises of Aura Art Studio may be used for promotion and marketing for Aura Art Studio both in printed material and on the internet.
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its’ content. I am aware the agreement includes a waiver of liability and indemnity agreement.
I am registering for and participating in a class at Aura Art Studio LLC
