Evening Fused Glass Class- 6 sessions

Service Description

In these 6 evening classes different fused glass techniques will be taught and we will create unique glass art works. Cutting glass, layering color, incorporating different materials such as silver leaf, metals, and dichroic glass, and murine. We will look at different movements in art history, what energized their artists' creativity, and use this as inspiration for our glass creations. Among these will be impressionism, cubism, and abstract expressionism. No previous experience is necessary, yet those with previous experience will be able to build on their knowledge of glass and try new techniques and learn more about lay out and composition with glass.
